I found myself pregnant again. I had an abortion only a year and a half prior, and I couldn't bear to have another. I decided to go through with the pregnancy. I was about seven months along when I realized, "Hey, my baby is coming very soon, and I have no support!" I had no money to buy anything and I didn't know what I was going to do.
Help from a pregnancy centre
A friend of mine told me about the Pregnancy Options Centre and all the wonderful support they offered. I was so excited to find out that there was some place for me to go for help. I became a client and remember being so thankful for their practical assistance that when I got home, I just cried. My journey of support and healing
I can't even put into words how much I appreciate all that they have done, not just for my baby, but for my whole family. They were the only ones there for me when I had nowhere else to go. My boyfriend and I were given hope, and now I am in post abortion counselling, and my counsellor is doing a wonderful job!
